Lizzie has spent her career working in Utilities and Telecoms, leading high-performance teams to deliver exceptional customer experience to both domestic and commercial customers.
About the project
Projects and experience
Lizzie joined Midcounties in July 2020 after spending 5 years delivering renewable energy innovation alongside developing and launching sustainable and socially responsible telecoms products and services. Lizzie is now the Chief Customer Officer for Sanctuary, a non-profit housing association.
She is highly experienced at leading values led transformation; putting customers and members at the heart of the organisation.
