For Volunteers and Community Energy Groups

By creating an account and continuing to use this website, you accept the terms of service and privacy policy below and remain responsible for any information you submit on it. 

This website is created by Co-op Community Energy, trading under Younity, ("we") to introduce potential volunteers with charitable community energy groups that are investing locally to grow community energy.

While we take reasonable care to introduce volunteers with organisations that reflect our mission, we cannot take responsibility for their activities. Any volunteering arrangements made between volunteers and organisations who meet on this website will be subject to the terms and conditions agreed between those parties and we hereby expressly exclude any liability related to those arrangements and terms and conditions.

For Community Energy Groups 

This website is created by Co-op Community Energy, trading under Younity ("we", "our" or "us") to introduce potential volunteers with charitable community energy groups ("you" or "your organisation") that are investing locally to grow community energy. By requesting us to feature your organisation on the website, and continuing to interact with volunteers on the website, you:

1.    Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy relating to this website;
2.    Confirm your organisation agrees to our publishing your logo, branding and other links or data as provided to us on our website 
3.    Understand and accept that we do not accept any responsibility for the activities of any volunteers that you meet on this website and, in particular, that we have not vetted any volunteers in any way;
4.    Understand and accept that any volunteering arrangements made between volunteers who apply for opportunities with your organisation on this website will be subject to the terms and conditions agreed between you and the relevant volunteer(s) and we hereby expressly exclude any liability related to those arrangements and terms and conditions and your use of personal data related to those volunteer(s); and
5.    Understand and accept that we may remove your organisations from our website at any time without prior notice to you.
