Reysha leads the Collective, an investment platform from Octopus Energy that gives everyday people the chance to invest directly into renewables. With the innovative platform regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Octopus Energy Collective is shaking up green investments and democratising the energy transition.

Projects and experience
Octopus Energy Collective is an award-winning investment platform, helping to drive the shift to a cleaner, fairer energy system by giving people the opportunity to invest in green energy projects. From becoming an FCA-regulated platform through to its successful market launch, Reysha has been instrumental in building the Collective, with the focus now on scaling people-powered renewables.
Reysha has also been deeply rooted in the community energy sector. Previously, Reysha was Financial Director of Croydon Community Energy, leading the group’s first fundraising campaign to install solar panels on community buildings across Croydon. Following a successful raise, the solar projects are now generating green energy and delivering real benefits to the local area.
